Ownership and funding

The Placement Journal is published and funded by SRH CORP LIMITED, the organisation behind Excellent Pathways, a training provider whose programmes include work placements. Readers are entitled to know this before weighing anything we publish, which is why the disclosure appears on every page rather than only here.

What the relationship means

Our remit is educational: explaining how placements operate and how to evaluate them. Ownership does not make every article promotional, but it creates a potential interest, and the honest treatment of a potential interest is disclosure, not silence.

The rules we follow

• The connected provider is cited at most once across the publication, in context, with the relationship stated in the same paragraph.
• We do not sell coverage, rankings, reviews or followed links.
• First-party material is labelled as provider information, never as independent endorsement.
• The verification checklists we publish apply to Excellent Pathways exactly as they apply to any other provider.

Funding

The publication is funded by its owner. It carries no advertising. If sponsored material is ever introduced, it will be visibly labelled and held to the same factual standards.
